This policy describes how L'Ai uses information submitted through uselai.com and the services involved in our website and Workflow Audit.
Information you provide
When you send an inquiry or request a Workflow Audit, you provide your name, email address, and the details you choose to share about your work. Optional details may include your company, the number of people involved, approximate weekly hours, and systems or software used.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, review the task, provide the requested audit, and follow up about any implementation opportunity you discuss with us. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive customer information.
Forms and scheduling
Our forms send your submission to Formspree for handling. Formspree processes submitted information and technical information associated with the request. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy.
If you choose to schedule a call, the scheduling link opens Google Calendar. Google processes the booking details you provide, and L'Ai receives the appointment information needed for the call. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Website services
Our pages load the L'Ai typeface through Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google. Website and service providers may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver their services.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Meta Pixel is currently not active on this website. If configured and activated, it can measure page visits, views of the Workflow Audit page, successful audit submissions, and clicks on the scheduling button to help assess advertising performance. Meta may use cookies and browser or device information and associate activity with information it holds. Our event code does not send the text of your task, your name, or your email address as event parameters. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics 4 is not currently configured. If enabled in the future, it would be used to understand website visits and usage. We will update this notice to reflect the active configuration.
Submitting an audit request does not itself activate analytics or advertising measurement. Browser settings can limit cookies; those settings may also affect third-party services.
